Establishment of an efficient, equitable and justifiable system of tax administration, whereby arriving at financial resources required for the betterment of the general public in the Central Province, beyond the specified targets, by collection of taxes and duties, in accordance with the legislation, and maintenance of a formal policy to meet current requirement.
