Implementation of the National Initiative “A Culture of Integrity – A Clean Sri Lanka” for an Integrity-Driven Public Service

The Clean Sri Lanka National Programme was implemented with the objective of building a Clean Sri Lanka based on a “A Culture of Integrity – A Clean Sri Lanka” that is spread throughout society, with the aim of promoting civic ethical well-being and fostering a disciplined culture within the public service.

The national mission commenced with the National Integrity Week, held from 27 July 2026 to 31 July 2026, and continued through various programmes and activities.

The Department of Provincial Revenue, Central Province also made an active contribution to this national initiative through a range of activities and programmes. These activities were carried out to promote a culture of discipline within the public service, maintain a clean and orderly working environment, and encourage responsible attitudes among public servants and citizens.
