How to make an RTI request
- Submit your request in writing (RTI Form 01) to the Information Officer, by hand, post or e-mail.
- Clearly describe the information you need. You do not need to give a reason for your request.
- The Information Officer will acknowledge your request and respond within 14 working days (extendable by 21 days where permitted).
- If you are not satisfied with the decision, you may appeal to the Designated Officer and then to the RTI Commission.
